Use the link here to check which flavours of sausage are provisionally planned for March. Your pre-order wish will set the selection and enable us to source the best ingredients and volume to meet demand.

Approximately 7-10 days before production, we will contact you and confirm which flavours we are producing and ask you to commit to your order, you will pay on collection using Swish.

Sausage Making Course/Team Building Event
​
We have a proven entertaining course that delivers fresh sausages to eat there and then, plus some to freeze for later.
The only pre-requisites are a kitchen, place to wash and keep equipment and tools clean, and enough space for 2 or 3 of the sausage stuffing machines and to work finishing the delightful produce.
Sausage making courses are ideal for friends and family get-together evenings, birthday treats, team building or stocking up ready for the fantastic grill you’re planning.
Courses are run for between 6 and 12 participants – price is dependent on the type of sausages you wish to make (base ingredients affect the price).
Typically, you will have a good sampling meal from the event plus in the region of 1,5 – 2,0 kg of sausages per person to freeze for later, and of course hands on experience of making your own sausages and blending the seasonings.
(FYI – 1,0 kg artisan sausage sells for c. 250-300 SEK – 1 kg provides a 200g portion for 5 people)
