We are primarily an artisan sausage producer, we sell sausages because we love sausages! Home made, the proper way with local ingredients, lots of love, without additives or preservatives.

 

Also, if you have a particular sausage you can't find - we create special recipes for parties, restaurants, hotels and game hunters to order.
 

In addition to our sausage range, we have sausage rolls and Butcher's Meat (packs of our sausage stuffing for you to make your own pies, patties and kebabs).

Starting in December we will host sausage making courses at the Forking Good Factory, use our contact form for more information - the courses will be great fun!

 

We are based in Valhall Park, Ängelhom, open from December 2025, Friday 12.00-18.00, Saturdays 10.00-14.00.

 

We also deliver to hotels, restaurants and your event!
