We are primarily an artisan sausage producer, we sell sausages because we love sausages!  Home made, the proper way with local ingredients, lots of love, and we emphasise with proper ingredients?  

 

We don't use additives in the sausages as a general rule, but if we include a bit of production bacon there will be nitrites - but don't worry our packets label all of that.

 

Also, if you have a particular sausage you can't find - we create special recipes for parties, restaurants, hotels to order.
 

Did we mention Sausage Rolls and Pies?? You need to taste those too! Melt in the mouth pastry and fillings from both sausage flavours (rolls) plus pies like  Beef & Ale, Butter Chicken, Moroccan Veg., Blue Cheese, Broccoli & Kale - contact for more.

Proud to be based in Sweden we work to our own recipes, using locally bought produce here in Skåne, otherwise ecological ingredients from the most sustainable source.

 

We are based on Bjärehalvön, and currently sell online via our

Crowd Production method ensuring cost effective sustainable production with minimal waste.  Order pick-up is notified through the order & production method.

Through 2025 we are arranging pick-up points around Bjäre/Ängelhom, Helsingborg, Malmö.  In addition, we are planning sales location on Bjärehalvön.

 

We also deliver to hotels, restaurants and your event!
